Week 5: IDP Start’em Sit’em

The twist and turns of the IDP fantasy football season continue to take place. Players that weren’t worth using are becoming can’t miss waiver wire pickups, and stars are disappointing.

DE Osi Umenyiora @ Texans: With Kiwi gone Osi Umenyiora should be a productive fantasy option on a weekly basis. In Kiwi’s first game out of the lineup Umenyiora posted three sacks and two forced fumbles against the Bears.

This week the Giants will play another pass happy team in the Texans and the Giants’ front line will be coming in with a tone of confidence.

DT Sedrick Ellis @ Cardinals: The Saints defensive tackle Sedrick Ellis is having a decent IDP season. Three of the first four games of the season Ellis has posted a sack. This week the Saints are going to play the Cardinals in Arizona, and the Chargers had a field day against their quarterbacks last week.
